You describe your home
By phone, WhatsApp or the quote request: floor area, number of rooms, how often.

We meet
For regular cleaning, we come by for twenty minutes to see your home. The quote is free.

We start
On the agreed day, with our own products and equipment. A small notebook lets you leave us instructions.
Frequently asked questions
Do you accept service vouchers (titres-services)?
No. Clarelle is not a registered service-voucher company: we charge by the hour or a fixed price, with a proper invoice.
Do I need to be at home?
Not necessarily. You can leave us a key: it is kept separately, without your address on it, and given back whenever you like.
Who brings the products?
We bring our own products and equipment. Prefer yours (allergies, pets, delicate floors)? Just say so and we use them.
What if I need to cancel?
Let us know at least 48 hours ahead and nothing is charged. Later than that, the first hour may be charged.
