From primary to final year

Regaining confidence, one subject at a time

Private lessons at home or online, at the pupil's pace. We go back over the basics, do the exercises together, and learn to get organised to move forward alone.

  • At home or online

I come to your home around Ottignies, or we meet by video with a shared whiteboard.

  • Following the school year

One lesson a week to keep up, or an intensive block before the December and June exams.

  • Parents kept informed

A short message after each lesson: what we covered, what still needs work.

How it works

  1. We take stock

A free call with the parent or pupil: school year, subject, what's difficult, upcoming exams.

  2. The first lesson

We start from the exercise books and recent tests to see where the difficulty comes from.

  3. Regular follow-up

Same day, same time every week, and a short update for the parents.

Who teaches?

My name is Claire. I help pupils understand rather than learn by heart, and enjoy solving an exercise on their own again.

Parents' questions

How many lessons should we plan?

It depends on the difficulty. We often start with one lesson a week and review after a month. There's no upfront commitment unless you buy a pack.

Do online lessons really work?

For many secondary pupils, yes: we share a whiteboard and exercise sheets. For younger children, a lesson at home is often easier.

Do parents need to be present?

Not in the same room, but an adult from the family must be at home during lessons with a pupil under 18.

How do I pay?

By bank transfer, at the end of each month or when buying a pack. You get an invoice.

What if my child doesn't click with the lessons?

We talk about it openly. We can change the approach, the pace, or stop: unused hours in a pack are refunded.
