Frequently asked questions
I haven't exercised for years, is this for me?
Yes, it's actually the most common case. We start where you are, with short, progressive sessions. If you have a health issue, talk to your doctor first.
Do I need equipment?
No. A mat helps, but everything can be done with bodyweight. If you have dumbbells or gym access, the programme uses them.
How does payment work?
After the intro call, you receive a secure payment link from an external service. This site never asks for or stores bank details.
Can I stop whenever I want?
Ongoing coaching has no commitment: you can stop at the end of any month, no questions asked.
Do you give nutrition advice?
Common-sense tips, yes. For a diet or a food-related health issue, see a registered dietitian or your doctor.
